I loved the line..."Never be sorry for your self. Just be sorry for your sin!" Ouch! I had a bad case of the "What about me"'s this week. This was a good one for me to read! I have the choice to be dependent on God and repent for my selfish attitude. Love is patient, kind, does not keep a record of wrongs ( double ouch!). That is who God is and that is what He gives me! I know it's what He wants from me and how He wants me to treat others! Gotta keep fighting off the flesh and rest in God's Holy Spirit!
This blog must be one of the most lonely sites on the web. This chapter is short but profound. Dependance or independance? We get to choose.

ReplyDeleteYikes. When I put myself up against God's standard...I fall way short! So thankful for His forgiveness and his willingness to keep working in my life.
